"Refund took way too long"
I had to wait ages for my refund, which was frustrating. I remember checking my email so many times that I started noticing the same weird ad for garden gnomes popping up every time. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

I sent it back weeks ago and, somehow, I’m still waiting for the refund. I’ve contacted support a few times, and they just keep giving me vague excuses. Totally fine, obviously… just super frustrating

"Expected better for the price"
I bought a jacket from belstaff.com and, maybe unfairly, my brain just went “Belstaff + expensive = should be really well made.” So I didn’t overthink it when ordering. It looked great at first, but after only a few wears the stitching started coming loose, and the zip feels kind of cheap. For what it costs, I expected it to last a lot longer. Nice-looking jacket, but the quality hasn’t really held up. Disappointed.

"Not quite the look I was hoping for"
I was hoping this would look a bit more fresh in person, but it ended up feeling dull and dated to me. It just didn’t have the style or presence I expected, i felt a little disappointed once I saw it.

"Jacket was fine, but the packaging was rough"
My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that. But the box was literally half crushed on one side, especially around the bottom corner, and the jacket was just kind of shoved in there with one thin sheet of paper that wasn’t even covering it properly. For the price, I expected it to be packed with a little more care. The jacket itself seems okay so far, no obvious damage or anything, but opening it felt careless and disappointing.

"Not worth the wait"
It ended up taking way longer to arrive than I expected, and by the time it finally showed up I was already frustrated. Maybe there was some issue I missed or something, but either way, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Nice jackets, just a little pricey"
I stopped by sometime last month, or maybe it was a few weeks before that, and the jackets were good. The quality seemed solid and I liked a few of the styles. That said, the prices felt a bit higher than I expected, so I wasn’t totally sure it was worth it.

"Checkout kept failing for no clear reason"
I tried to buy a jacket on belstaff and the checkout just wouldn’t go through... My card was fine, and my bank even confirmed there were no issues on their end, but the site kept showing a payment error. I had to keep re-entering all my details, and then my basket ended up emptying. Really frustrating experience and just a waste of time, especially since there wasn’t any clear help explaining what had gone wrong.

"Disappointing quality for the price"
I bought a Belstaff jacket and honestly , I expected a lot better . The material feels cheap , and after just a few wears it already started looking worn out . The stitching doesn’t seem very strong either . For the price they charge , I really thought the quality would be much higher . Disappointed overall , and I don’t think I’d order from belstaff.com again

"Frustrating Stock Issues"
I tried ordering a jacket twice, and both times my size ended up being unavailable even though it still showed on the site. My sister even helped me check the second time, thinking maybe I missed something, but nope. It’s frustrating when items look like they’re in stock but aren’t actually available. I probably won’t bother checking again...

"Customer service could be better"
I’m sure they’re probably trying their best, but I messaged customer service twice and still didn’t get a proper reply. It’s frustrating when all you want is a simple update. Maybe it’s just a busy time for them, but it didn’t leave the best impression

I bought a jacket from belstaff recently, and after only a few wears, the stitching started to come loose. The buttons also feel a bit cheaper than I expected, especially considering the price. I was disappointed at first, though to be fair, the jacket does still look nice and maybe I just got unlucky with this one. Still, I expected better craftsmanship from a brand like belstaff

I bought this mainly for wet weather, but my jacket soaked through way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought it would hold up a lot better. What made it more annoying was getting one of those canned apologies like, “sorry for the inconvenience,” instead of any real help. Overall, disappointing...

"Something feels off with the quality"
I only had this for a few weeks before the zip broke, which makes me feel like something is a bit off with the overall quality. I wasn’t using it heavily or doing anything unusual, so it was disappointing to have it fail that quickly.

I’m not totally convinced this is genuine. Maybe it is, and I’m just being overly suspicious, because apparently that’s what shopping online has turned me into. But something about it feels a little off, so I’m not fully buying it.

"Pretty pathetic quality"
This was a pathetic buy. The leather started cracking way faster than it should have, and for the price, that’s just ridiculous. Definitely not worth the money.

"Sizing felt really inconsistent"
Not gonna lie, I ordered my usual size expecting it to fit like my other belstaff jacket, but it felt completely different. The sizing just seems kind of random, and dealing with the return was more of a hassle than I expected.

I ordered a jacket from Belstaff i was mostly just focused on getting the right size. The jacket itself seemed fine, but the exchange process was such a hassle. I had to email back and forth, wait days for replies, and the instructions weren’t exactly clear. By the time someone finally got back to me properly, the size I needed was already sold out. For how much their stuff costs, I expected the service to be a lot smoother. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.
